I finally found a nice little flash version of this mesmerizing mini-game that launched with the PS3. It's only decent - nowhere near as visually impressive as its progenitor and the gameplay is rather limited. But it's definitely the best translation of the original. The mouse controls motion. Eating the red organisms to get deeper into the game. The rest is designed to be instinctual.
