Since I began employing Comcast's shady services in our new place, I run this at least once a day. Some of the useful information it provides:
- Average Download Speed
- Average Upload Speed
- Average Quality of Service (QOS - consistent download capacity provided by ISP)
- Average Return Trip Time (RTT - the total time in milliseconds it takes to upload a small amount of data and receive a response)
- Average MaxPause (the longest recorded pause in the test process)
